Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Individual Counselling

CBT is a therapeutic approach that is aimed at improving emotional well-being and equipping individuals to manage life's challenges in a healthier manner. This time-framed, client-led, and goal-oriented therapy helps you manage life challenges by changing your thoughts and behaviours. Together, we will identify maladaptive coping strategies and set realistic goals to enhance your mental well-being.
I offer 1:1 CBT Counselling to adults (aged 16+). Sessions are available via online at the comfort of your own space, or in-person in my therapy room. We would explore your thoughts and feelings together, establish realistic goals, and work with you to make positive changes towards your set goals.
CBT is recognised as an effective treatment for help improving a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, addictions, trauma, insomnia, stress, and many more. By utilising CBT techniques, you can acquire valuable skills, effectively address difficulties and improve your overall quality of life.
My aim is to help you transform your life through our collaborative approach. Treatment typically ranges from 6 to 18 weekly sessions and tailored to meet your individual needs. I will discuss your progress with you regularly and make adjustments to your treatment plan together as needed.
