Payment Policy
Payment for in-person sessions to be made via bank transfer 24 hours in advance.
For online sessions, please ensure payment is made by bank transfer at least 24 hours before start of the session.
If you would like to block-booking 6 follow-on sessions to receive the complimentary discount, full payment is required at the point of booking.
To avoid being charged the full session fee, please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel an appointment.

Late Arrival and Cancellation Policy
My cancellation policy is designed to ensure that everyone receives timely care.
In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please give me at least 48 hours' notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, will be charged at regular session rate.
Please be punctual for the appointment. If you arrive late for the appointment, the appointment time will be cut short accordingly and it will end at originally agreed time, so it is not to affect other clients’ appointments. The session will be charged at its regular rate.
If you are more than 15 minutes late and have not contacted me about your lateness, you will be considered a no-show. The session will be cancelled and charged at its regular rate.
If you did not attend (DNA) your appointment and have not notified me in advance about your absence, you will be considered a no-show and will be charged at regular rate for that session.
Sometimes life gets in our way and perhaps things happen that are out of your control. Please discuss your circumstances with me so we could explore a better way for you to receive therapy.
If you cancel or reschedule two scheduled sessions within a month, we can discuss your options moving forward. If I cannot reach you for this conversation, I will assume you no longer wish to continue therapy and will send you an end of service notification while offering your timeslot to another client.
Documenting Contact Attempts
I will take the following steps when you are not present at the start of our scheduled appointment:

I appreciate your understanding and encourage you to notify me at least 48 hours' in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
*I will do my best to accommodate rescheduling requests. Please be advised that while I aim to provide an alternative date and time within the same week, availability cannot be guaranteed.
